The session fee for a standard 50-minute session is $195

That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. There’s no pressure, no awkward expectations—just a genuine conversation to help us explore whether I might be a good fit for you and your needs.
You can ask questions, share what’s been going on for you, and get a feel for how I work. My goal is always to help find the right support, even if that’s not with me.

My fee is $195 per 50 minute session, and payment is due at the time of service (Debit or credit card). I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly.
A superbill can be provided if you would like to submit to your insurance for reimbursement for out-of-network services.

Yes—because I’m licensed in California, I can only work with clients who are physically located in the state at the time of our sessions. I offer virtual therapy for California residents.

Both “as needed” and regularly scheduled mini intensives are based on availability.
“As needed” 50 minute therapy sessions are the same fee, $195.
90 Minute Mini Intensive is $350
120 Minute Mini Intensive is $470

Some clients start to feel relief within just a few sessions, while for others, the process is more gradual. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, and I’ll be here to support you through the entire journey.
