You’re used to figuring it out all on your own and you’re burnt out because of it

I help the people who are usually the first to help others

the people who support others, but struggle to feel good enough themselves

the people who are doing their best, but still feel like they’re failing

the people who are silently falling apart and aren’t sure what to do

Therapy can feel intimidating, but so does another week of feeling this way.

You deserve to experience life, not just go through the motions.

Now is the time to get started on taking care of you.

Let’s get connected.

Come as you are.

Hi, I’m Lindsey.

I am so glad you found your way here.

You’re overwhelmed, on edge, and know that living this way isn’t all there is in store for you.

You’ve tried reading the self-help books, listening to podcasts, and following all the mental health influencers you can find. But why do you still feel so alone and stuck? While books, podcasts, and social media can be beneficial during your journey to healing, sometimes you might need a little more.

You’re looking for connection. To feel seen without judgement or shame. To come just as you are and know that you are not alone.

It’s okay to not be able to do it all- you weren’t designed to.

I’ve worked with clients experiencing anxiety, going through life transitions, and with trauma interwoven in their lives. From non-public schools, residential programs, inpatient psychiatric facilities, community mental health, and now private practice, I have seen and experienced just how powerful connection, support, and a nonjudgmental space can be.

I am dedicated to working with you to find the time, space, and tools to help you both inside and outside of therapy.

If you are ready to prioritize yourself and your needs, now is the perfect time.
