A little about ME

I enjoy baking (but enjoy eating more). I have a major sweet tooth.

I spend my free time hanging out with my kid and my dogs- often outside in the garden, going for walks, or exploring the local markets.

The signs were always there, but it wasn’t until I was an adult that I put a name to the chaos I felt and started to re-define what my life meant with ADHD.

I believe humor and laughter is an important part of connection and healing.

I almost always have 3 or more drinks at my desk. Something cold and refreshing. Something caffeinated. Something sweet.

I am usually wearing slippers and covered in a soft blanket. I want the vibe of our session to feel comfortable and welcoming.

I enjoy crafting, reading, tending to my plants, falling down the rabbit hole of true-crime, and finding ways to add whimsy to my life.

I am a fidgeter! I have several different fidgets and sensory tools I use regularly. I encourage you to bring yours to session too!
